Sharon’s corporate experience includes over twenty years in various administrative positions, for both profit and non profit companies. She has a wide variety of experience in marketing, database management and marketing, copy writing, writing advertising, creative writing, graphic design and publications administration. She is highly creative and is solution oriented in her approach to her clients.
Sharon received a Masters in Business Administration from Tiffin University in 2003. She also obtained a certification as a Christian Life Coach from the Professional Christian Coaching and Counseling Academy. This training has enhanced her understanding of coaching methodologies and strategies for enhancing personal and professional development. PCCCA is accredited with UACCCI/CCSA as an “Accredited Christian Coaching School of Excellence”
Refined Perspectives specializes in working with small business owners, direct sellers,and multi-level marketers to help them unlock their potential and gain new strategies for growing their businesses. She works with her clients to help them understand, not only how to unlock their personal potential, but in grasping the concepts of effective time and task management, increasing productivity, and strategies for effectively managing and marketing their business. Sharon works with clients one-to-one, in Mastermind groups, Conference-call Mastermind groups or via email coaching.
Believing that everyone has a purpose, she seeks to help clients gain a new perspective on their purpose through the lens of their own values. Once they have a clear vision of what they want, goals are set and a plan for achievement is created. A key to success is the accountability that she provides all her clients during the coaching process.
In her spare time Sharon enjoys reading, writing and spending time with family and friends.
